What are the options?

Team building

You can play just to enjoy a day out together.

You'll attend your very own one-day/half-day crime mystery event, where the players work out whodunnit.  It's exciting, fast-paced, fun and very, very complex: so everyone has to work together if there's to be any chance of cracking the case.

An original, rewarding and totally absorbing treat for the team.

 Leader support

You can play with a more serious purpose.

A second option is to use the event to gather insights into the team's behaviour for its leader.  Expert observers will watch the team work and identify:

  • How well these people work together

  • Where there are issues and challenges

  • Which behaviours might inhibit this team's success

  • Guidance for the team leader on addressing any issues that have been observed.

Valuable insights from expert professionals will help the team leader improve the performance of their team.  And not forgetting a memorable and fun event for everyone playing.

Recruitment

You can use it to assess candidate behaviour.

A third option is to use our professional people-watchers to assess individual performance during the game.   Our assessment team comprises an accredited occupational psychologist and a vastly-experienced coach.  They identify the behaviour and skills of recruitment candidates as they play.  We watch for collaboration and communication; self-control and stress management.

Clients receive a full report on the performance each candidate as their true behaviour is revealed in this absorbing and time-pressured environment.
